1️⃣ PAN Card (Mandatory)

  • Individual or Company PAN

  • Must match the name used in registration

  • Used for tax and vendor identity verification

2️⃣ GST Registration Certificate

  • Mandatory for businesses involved in supply or services

  • GST details must be active and valid

  • GST address should match registration details

3️⃣ Digital Signature Certificate (Class 3 DSC)

  • Most critical document for IREPS

  • Required for login, bidding & document signing

  • Must be issued in the name of authorized signatory

Any one of the following:

  • Electricity Bill

  • Rent Agreement

  • Sale Deed

  • GST Registration Address

  • Cancelled Cheque (with printed name)

  • Bank statement (optional)

  • Account must be active and linked with PAN

Used for EMD refunds & payment settlements.

6️⃣ Authorization Letter (If Applicable)

  • Using representative’s DSC

  • Company signatory differs from owner

Must be signed on letterhead with stamp.

7️⃣ MSME / Udyam Registration Certificate (Optional but Powerful)

  • Provides exemption in EMD
