Access the Indian Railways E-Procurement System (IREPS) website.

👉 Select “New Vendor? Register Here”

2️⃣ Choose Vendor Type

Select the appropriate category based on your business model:

• Manufacturer

• Authorized Dealer

• Trader / Service Provider

• Contractor

Correct classification is critical for tender eligibility.

3️⃣ Create Login Credentials

• Enter Company Name / Individual Name

• Provide Email ID & Mobile Number

• Generate User ID & Password

• Verify via OTP

4️⃣ Fill Vendor Registration Form

• PAN & GST details

• Address & Contact Information

• Bank Account Details

• Nature of Business & Product Categories
