What's Involved in a Company Name Change?

Changing a company's name involves getting the new name approved by the Registrar, passing a special resolution, altering the Memorandum and Articles of Association, and obtaining a fresh Certificate of Incorporation reflecting the new name.

All existing registrations, licenses, bank accounts, PAN and contracts referencing the old name will also need to be updated once the new name is approved.
